Ford Island
Ford Island is located in the middle of Pearl Harbor, and is connected to the main island by the Admiral Clarey Bridge. Several active Navy facilities operate from the island, which is restricted to active military personnel and authorized transportation carriers. Visitors to the island are able to visit the USS Missouri Battleship and the Pacific Aviation Museum, as well as the monument honoring the USS Oklahoma.

Awards and Recognition: Ford Island was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1964, and has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places since 1976.
