- You offer a wealth of tours to Pearl Harbor. Which is the best one for me?
A: We have designed each and every one of our Pearl Harbor Tours to suit visitors of all interest levels.
For example, our most basic tour is Tour 3: Pearl Harbor and Historic Honolulu. A shorter tour that allows you to see only the USS Arizona Memorial and, we take you back to Waikiki using a different driving route than when you arrived to Pearl Harbor. This enables us to show off the historic district of Hawaii’s State Capital and show off the beautiful architecture. Did you know that the only palace on United States soil resides in Honolulu? Another tour that we offer is Tour 2: A Day at Pearl Harbour. This day long tour is filled with all of the Pearl Harbor Memorials and Museums.
Tours of varying combinations are also available, including Pearl Harbor and Oahu's North Shore, Pearl Harbor and Circle Island Oahu, and Pearl Harbor and the Polynesian Cultural Center.
- We have hotel reservations in Kauai. Can we visit Pearl Harbor for the day?
A: Yes, of course. Some of our most popular tours are our interisland tours. Our interisland tours include airfare as well as narration to, from, and at Pearl Harbor. Flights are available from the following interisland locations: Kona, Big Island; Kahului, Maui; Lihue, Kauai.
- Where is the pick up point?
A: We pick up at most hotels in Waikiki. If we cannot pick up from your hotel, we will direct you to another hotel within a close walking distance for pick up.
- How many passengers do you take on tour?
A: We have groups of no more than 25 passengers on our tours. You will travel in either a 25 passenger mini coach or a 14 passenger executive van. Our mini coaches offer panoramic windows for scenic viewing, a PA system, comfortable bucket seats, and air conditioning.
- We prefer to have privacy on our tour, can this be arranged?
A: Certainly, our Groups department is available for you arranged a private charter. These tours are fully customizable and come complete with an expert guide in either our Executive Van or Deulxe Mini-Coach.
- Can you tell me what your cancellation policy is?
A: Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Land Tours: Any cancellations to land tours must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the tour date for a full refund to be received. If a cancellation is made within a 48 hour period, the party is subject to a full charge.
Interisland Tours: Due to the purchase of airfare, once you book your tour, you are locked into your date of choice as well as the full charges made.
