Be advised that Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH) will be conducting the Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Exercise Citadel Pacific 2017 to test entry control point penetrations from August 1 to August 4.
The exercise will include three types of events:

Sea/Shore seam harbor event;

Active shooter event; and
-
Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) type event.

For organizations located on JBPHH properties, including Ford Island, the impact will be inconvenient, loud and intrusive. Expect traffic delays at gates, machine gun fire sounds, sirens, and high speed boats on Pearl Harbor. |
