The USS Arizona Memorial, one of Hawaii’s top tourist attractions located just off Honolulu’s coast. It was built in 1962 and sees 4,000 to 5,000 visitors daily. The partner sites to the USS Arizona are the Battleship Missouri Memorial, the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park, and the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum Pearl Harbor are among the most visited sites in Hawaii.

We provide Pearl Harbor Tours that combine visits to the USS Arizona Memorial with visits to the nearby Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, the USS Bowfin and the USS Missouri that are on nearby Ford Island.

The USS Arizona Memorial marks the spot where the battleship went down on the day of the Pearl Harbor attack.  The memorial marks the final resting place of 1,102 of the 1,177 sailors and Marines killed on the USS Arizona battleship during the surprise attack by the Japanese on Pearl Harbor on Dec. The monument’s visitor center also remains open and includes a museum, documentary on the attack and harbor tours. The USS Arizona Memorial draws an estimated 1.8 million visitors to Pearl Harbor each year.

You can also purchase a Passport to Pearl Harbor package, which includes admission to all four partner sites (USS Arizona Memorial, Battleship Missouri Memorial, USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park and the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum). Start at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center to purchase tickets and get information on all of the museums and memorials before beginning your journey. Visiting the USS Arizona Memorial is free, but visitors must reserve a time slot for the boat tour in advance. Just to the right as visitors enter this hallowed place in a volcanic crater high above Honolulu is a section that for decades held secrets about the Pearl Harbor attack. There are also several other free museums, such as the Battleship Missouri Memorial, USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park, and the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, which are still open to the public, and are sure to keep visitors entertained.

Other memorial programs, including a harbor tour of Battleship Row, will continue and amenities within the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center remain open. The USS Arizona Memorial is only one element of the World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument, which further includes the Battleship Missouri Memorial, the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park, the USS Oklahoma Memorial and the USS Utah Memorial.

The Pearl Harbor Visitor Center and the Pacific Historic Parks museum store is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week, except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
